My Nana and I love Legos and we love traveling so it seemed natural for us go to Lego Land California for my birthday. Lego land is in San Diego.

One of Nana’s friends lives in San Diego. Her name is Roxane. The flight was okay, but when we got to San Diego, Nana got lost. We went the scenic route. finally we got there. Roxane and her partner were playing backgammon. She taught Nana and I how to play. The next morning, I woke up early and played backgammon with Nana and won!

Later that day we went to Lego Land. First we went and played hide and go seek. I only got tagged once. Then we went to Lego land U.S.A. - everything was mini. Then we went on a super fast roller coaster and got the whole thing to ourselves.

Then we went to the gift shop and bought The Turbo Tank.

That night I played backgammon with Roxane and won! We started to put the turbo tank together. The next day we went to the San Diego Zoo and saw pandas and lions from an overhead view. After that we went to dinner and played with the birds. The next morning we woke up and Roxane gave me my very own backgammon set. We had lots of fun.
